Culture, nature and art joint together.
Dronninglund is a town in the eastern part of Vendsyssel with a population of approx 3,500. The city got its name from Queen Charlotte Amalie, who owned Dronninglund in the late 1600. Originally, the manor Dronninglund Castle was an abbey from the 1200s, around which the city slowly was built up around. This abbey was called Hundslund Abbey. Nowadays the castle is used for romantic stays, weddings and other parties as well as exhibitions, conferences amd great gastronomic experiences in the restaurant in the royal surroundings.
